I've noticed that there appears to be a full programme of fixtures in Spain on Weds 21st March.

According to the Catalan FA website, matches are scheduled throughout the day in Segunda B & Tercera Divisions (Kick offs 12.00, 16.00, 16.30 & 17.00)

Is this likely to be kosher?

Rye United's website has moved to http://www.ryeutd.com

That website always just gives the preferred K.O. time for the season. From what i can see it's not a bank holiday so i would guess they'll all be Evening K.O.

Keep the bomb!!
Ban the programme!!

There could still be afternoon kick-offs, because in some European countries midweek fixtures at the lower levels can, and do, take place on the afternoons of working days. In September, there were Serie D matches in Italy played on such a day (I attended one at Cantu San Paolo) and the previous day saw me at a 4.30pm kick-off at Union Innsbruck, which was at a ground without floodlights. It was a cup-tie and this was the latest time they could play extra-time/penalties in daylight.
