I agree with 148 (or to be precise equal 147) as the cut off point

So if we have our calculations correct this means that 27 (148, not 121 being the cut off point) higher placed teams have been rejected

I can only find 21 (unless I have missed any or there have been name changes) so therefore 6 teams at a higher level have also been rejected

The 21 with reasons given (we know a few, the rest I assume do not have the "G" ground grading so for them I have put "ground ?" )

John - Gilford Park are there, as they are now known as Celtic Nation. East Cowes Vics are at home to Verwood.

One of the upper clubs that have gone would be Brading (relegated from STEP 5 and withdrew from Wessex). Laverstock & Ford (relegated from STEP 5) also not in as they forgot to enter last season.

Clubs - 119 (Grounds 123)

2012/13 - Fareham Town, Poole Town, US Portsmouth, Bournemouth Poppies, Sholing, Alton Town, Gillingham Town, Alderbury, Bashley, Alresford Town, Gosport Borough

Blackwell have resigned from the E Mids Cos League this week. Could the FA have been quick enough to whip them out of the draw? I see the other casualty this week (Broxbourne V&E) were in the draw with the resulting opposition being given a walkover.

If Blackwell were in (i.e. had the ground grading) then presumably they were replaced by team 148 in the points per game list

As 148 were in fact equal 147 I wonder how they the F.A. break a tie on teams level on points per game?

Goal difference perhaps?

Until Blackwell pulled out one of the 147 equal teams would have been in and the other not

Daisy Hill 136 lowest known so far (but other higher ones not in for other reasons)

I haven't checked them all but Shifnal Town (148) got in. The next few below them didn't so that may be the cut off point.

Double checked and 149 Brandon don't appear to be in nor do 152 Carterton which more or less covers down to the NWC reject so it looks correct..

Shifnal it is, so who else missed out because they appear to be a bit lower than predictions.
