The Icelandic Cricket Board (Krikketsamband Islands) has announced that the country will play it's first ever international match. Iceland will play will play four dates in England this July

July 24 MCC XI at Hampton Hill CC
July 26 Authors at Bank of England CC
July 28 Switzerland at St. George’s College, Weybridge (50 overs)
July 29 Switzerland at St. George’s College, Weybridge (Two T20 games)

Iceland only started playing cricket in 1999 and their goal is to reach the World Cup in 2025
