GB Ice Hockey Can't Post or Reply Privately

Just though I'd plug my other love, ice hockey! The GB men's national team are currently in a position they could only have dreamt of in their World Championship (Division 1A) group and a win tomorrow night, or a combination of other results going their way could see them promoted to the elite international level for next year's tournament.

It's a wonderful sport, but very different from football. If you're free tomorrow evening, I'd highly recommend that you watch their final game against the hosts, Hungary. Coverage is on Freesports ( tomorrow 6:30.

Coming from 2-0 behind, GB equalise with just 15 seconds left, the draw at the end of regulation gives them a mininum of 1 point which is enough to qualify to compete with the big boys next year.

No goals in overtime, so it goes to a penalty shootout.

GB win 2-1 on penalties. Well done that team.
