Maryport may well be connected with Netherall. They played at the RU club of that name and if they have left, would probably choose to rename

Good to see the league has managed to increase its numbers.
Despite all being from the old pre-1974 county of Cumberland, 6 sides Keswick, Keswick Res., AFC Carlisle, Greystoke, Eden Thistle and Braithwaite play in the Westmorland League and Millom play in the West Lancs League. Thatís just looking below Step 7.
Not sure why they donít want to play in the Cumberland County League but the first step towards a Step 7 Cumbria League would be a merger with the Westmorland League. When thereís already Cumberland sides playing in Westmorland I canít see why it couldnít happen.
