They're just a menace wherever they are, not just at football. I just can't understand how it's socially acceptable to own one. Vile shit machines.

I realise the dog in #62 is standing in a seated area but that's a bit harsh

Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

Friendly dogs at my last two non-league venues of Ossett Town and Birstall United. I consider their presence a bonus

Anyone got an American-English dictionary to translate this, perhaps finding what he means by FU without triggering a ban?

I will confess to views on dogs that are rather closely aligned with those of Derekn so, at the risk of bring the wrath of dog-lovers everywhere down on my head, can I ask what the point of supplying a programme to a dog is?

Well by the same token I'm entitled to dislike people like him.

I seem to recall him previously condoning drink driving.

Make your own mind up who the real menace is.

Oh and another thought, aren't human beings also "vile shit machines" as he so eloquently puts it?

You're at liberty to dislike whoever you want. My question was based on your apparent assertion that his dislike of dogs says other things about him. I'm simply interested to know what else, in your opinion, that one statement says about derekn. Thus far you still haven't enlightened us.

The drink driving discussion must have passed me by. Would you be kind enough to send me the link?

Never, in any of my posts on this discussion, have I insinuated that either of you is 'a menace'. I know neither of you personally so I'm not in a position to come to an informed opinion.

As for humans being 'vile shit machines' my missus would probably agree on the occasions that she doesn't get to the toilet before me the morning after I've had a few ales. Sly

Big risk is dogs running on pitch and biting a player like what happened in famous Torquay United game Smile

It was him that used the word menace.

I just find it a bit odd that anybody doesn't like dogs, cats, children etc, not wanting them is fine but calling them vile? Usually says a lot about what sort of person they are.

Hector was refused entry at Waveney on Saturday but the dog was able to watch the Suffolk Senior Cup match against Lakenheath from the car.

Does he get a tick? I have still got some expensive treatment left from the vets!

"Dog Unfriendly" Grounds? Certainly not at West Didsbury & Chorlton who this Saturday (23/3) are holding a Non League Dog Day for the visit of Padiham.

Any punter turning up with a mutt will be eligible for concessionary entry with prizes also on offer for all sorts of things. Not my cup of tea but if it gets people in then good luck to them.
