Looking at a cheeky double to tie in with Coventry City @ 5.20pm, so favourite is Massey Ferguson v Coventry Copeswood, but I wouldnt mind Castle Vale v Stone in the Vase, but obviously the potential for extra time and unheplful motorway traffic may scuper that plan.

Having missed chances to join either Modelhobbies or Veteran for their trips to Germany, Wizzair have promised to 'wizz' me off to Bucharest.
I'll be away from Thursday, until Tuesday. I am expecting to see at least one game each day

Having just read on the Biggleswade Town FC website that The FA Vase will be there for the Vase tie against Berkhmasted Town on Sat 4th October, I'm going there to have my pic taken with the trophy. Never seen it up front and personal before.

Not non-league, but 4th - Colchester Vs Bristol Rovers
5th - Chelsea Vs Aston Villa

Will probably get a little phased by actually being in a crowd and having a seat 2 days running, but will just have to grin and bear it - Or Gin, beer and carvery it, in the corporate suite a Chels.

Last new Ground :
20/11/2010, Old Barkabbeyians FC, Barking Abbey School (1085).

STILL NOT NON-LEAGUE - please ignore if sensitive! Angelic

Sat 4th Oct Madstad: Royals vs Burnley

... then two weeks without a home game

... then two in a week (I'll try and keep 'em brief - so people don't get 'bored'.
- and like someone suggested : if you see the Lion - just scroll on past - he doesn't bite.)

I too fancy a bit of foreign footy, so the Welsh Cup clash between Newport Civil Service & Caersws is number one on my list.

On Saturday I'll be taking the train to Great Bentley for their Essex & Suffolk Border League Premier division game v Mersea Island. I'm taking my boy with me which will be interesting because he's autistic and will cheer ANY goal, regardless which team scores it. The confused look on peoples faces should be quite entertaining. Hoping to do Barnstaple Town v Hamworthy United in the Vase 1st Round, though I haven't put my name down for the coach yet and according to Russell I shouldn't be allowed to write about it in the "Where have you been" bit. It'll be my first game in 3 weeks, so hopefully I'll get on the coach.

First trip to Bulgaria and having to comprehend a new Cyrillic alphabet. Two games in the Top Division Slavia Sofia v Minjor Pernik on Saturday and CSKA v Vihren Sandancki on Sunday. Will try to find something on Sunday morning but that will depend on local press or maybe a friendly face at Slavia

Either Gillford Park v Alnwick Town or Queen of the South v Livingston. I think the latter is the most likely option.

You ask us what the aim is? I tell you it is victory. Victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory, there is no survival. Either that, or fried onions at the tea bar. Fried onions at reasonable cost, fried onions in spite of all terror, fried onions however long and hard the hot-dogs may be; for without fried onions, there are only boiled ones.

Thinking about either Gayton United or Corton in the Norfolk/Suffulk Senior Cups...does anyone know whether either plan to issue for these games against ECL opponents?
