No, that is not the case. Port Talbot's problem was the lack of a player's signature on a form deferring his wages. The player concerned has returned from holiday; the form is now signed and will be given to the FAW in the morning. It will then be announced that PTT have their licence. Connah's Quay is different. Their Council owned floodlights are not good enough. Also, Afan Lido did not apply for a licence. They have had enough of the WPL and travelling to North Wales.
