Dublin's M25 Can't Post or Reply Privately

What happens if British users of the motorway around Dublin only find out after the event that they should have found a shop to pay the toll. Has anyone here been chased for non-payment?

Think it's like the Dartford Crossing, lots of French drivers don't pay it and there is no way of enforcing it.

No disrespect to the French - just an example!

Am frequently in Dublin and use the M50 reguarly.

As the toll has been in place for some ten years now you would have thought that they may have devised a system to chase non payers.

But my experience, over the past five years, when driving a UK registered vehicle has been to non pay. Have yet to receive a penalty notice.

Cool
