Boston United's new ground (under construction now?) got a mention on Radio 4's Today programme this morning. According to the Sheffield-based academic interviewed just after 7.30, the ground (along with 5,000 homes) is being built on an area deemed to be of medium to high flood risk.

You'll do well to find anywhere in Boston that isn't medium to high flood risk.

There arnen't 5000 homes being built, either! It's 500.

Rail operator LNER is the title sponsor for York's Community Stadium. It's likely to be called ... the LNER Community Stadium. LNER trains (including the disappointing Azuma, less comfortable and less spacious than its predecessor) serve York, of course.

And now we know the true reason for the delay in getting the project off the ground. Sly City could have first game against Donny to make it a real LNER day!.

AFC Alsager, currently top of Division1 of the Staffs County League have moved to a new ground in the last few weeks. Alsager has a new sports hub and AFC are playing there on a grass pitch. There is a new 4G but it doesn't have a spectator area inside the cage. Could possibly be used in bad weather.
Address :-

Alsager Sports Hub,Dunnocksfold Road,Alsager,ST7 2TJ

Entrance is almost opposite Dunnockswood. AFC Alsager are not connected to Alsager Town, they are an independent club.

I think the new hub has been built on the site of the former MMU campus. So the key question (for me at least) is whether the pitch overlaps either of the pitches where I saw MMU play.

Artist's impression of Gorleston's new ground has been published in the local press: https://www.edp24.co.uk/...new-ground-1-6398643

The article also states: "Work on the ground will begin next year and it is hoped to be completed by October 2020."

Compared with what to they are leaving, it is sad.
