Malcolm Nash.
Forever remembered for being the first bowler to concede six sixes,(to Gary Sobers) in an over. A little unfair in that he was a good solid county all rounder, and one of the instrumental parts of Glamorgan's 1969 county championship winning side.

Unfortunately the public have a tendency to only remember one incident and forget about someones career as a whole. The same could be said about Don Fox.

Met him a couple of times when I worked at Brid's Spa Theatre, a genuinely nice bloke who always had time to talk. Beset by bad health, but still carried on performing and doing his charity work. I was never particularly a fan of his act, but still felt quite said when I read that he'd died.

Only just been reported that Mexican transgender model Miriam Rivera died in February aged 38. You may remember her from 'There's Something About Miriam' - a dating show which aired on Sky One in 2004 which had male contestants competing for her affections with the winner not told until the end of the final show that she was born a manShocked.

Spookily enough, I watched the last few minutes of 'Easy Rider' on TV on Friday night just before going to bed (the film ends with the death of his character) and the first thing I saw when I switched the TV on Saturday morning was the news of his death.

Always liked Sheila Steafel but for some reason remember her most as Mrs Pooter in a TV production of "Diary of a Nobody".
