Steeton are being evicted from Cougar Park at the end of this season. I am going this Saturday to tick it off.

It looks like Gorleston's splendid Emerald Park is approaching its end after the council last night finally approved plans to relocate the club to a new ground at East Norfolk Sixth Form College "subject to conditions and formal notice being awarded" (which presumably is a formality).

Don't know when work will start but the club has previously said the new facility should take about four months to build, so anyone wanting to visit the current ground should probably aim to do so this season.

Went to Fulwood Amateurs today, which turned out to be the last 1st team game at the ground, in the current format.

Part of the ground has been sold and the pitch is being moved to the top of the field and the halfway line will become the new goal line.

Because of the sale, the 1st, Res and U21s will all play up the road at the same complex PNE Yth play.

Fulwood Amateurs are playing at the University of Central Lancashire Arena, Tom Benson Way, Preston this season. Does anyone know which pitch their first team is using? The Google satellite photo (which might be out of date) shows several grass and 3G pitches but I don't know which one is being used by the Fulwood Amateurs first team. And if they are using a 3G pitch, does it have a railed-off spectator area? Incidentally, their website suggests that they are issuing programmes this season, so this may be an incentive for some of you to tick it. Thanks in advance.

The 3G pitch at UCLan has a railed area for spectators.

Thanks Zebedee, although from looking at Fulwood's twitter, it is unclear if they use that 3G or a grass pitch at the complex. The 3G pitch may have already been booked by someone else prior to the start of the season.

As far as I can tell they use the 3G but Iím not certain. It might vary week to week, and there are grass pitches there that are enclosed and have been used for West Lancs League football in the past (by Springfields FC).

From their website.

Chairman Paul Eastwood

Welcome everyone to a new season hopefully this will be as nail biting and exciting as the last which saw us put an amazing run together to snatch the title on goal difference.

Todayís friendly sees us take on Hellenic league side Malvern Town all the way from Worcester . Co managed by Dene Whittal Williams and Lee Hooper. Dene an ex player of the gaffers at Kendal Town . A big thank you from me and everyone at the club for making the long trip up .

This season will be a season of change for us as we actively push to complete the sale of our land . With this in mind we have taken the decision to move our 1st , Res and U21s to Uclan and play our home games on the fantastic 3G facility

Alderbury FC have updated their facebook page with photos and a video showing progress on their new ground in Firs Lane, which is just over the fence from their current ground in Junction Road. Work has started on the base of the car park, don't know when it will be ready or how many more home games remain at Junction Road. Only home game in next three weeks, as far ahead as Southampton League Fulltime page goes up to, is this Saturday 23rd November vs BTC (Southampton) in League Cup (2pm). Their Salisbury Sunday League team still play at the picturesque recreation ground in front of the village hall in Rectory Road, worth ticking in case they move to the new facility as well.

Tiptree Heath (Essex and Suffolk Border League) are close ( or have agreed) to agreeing a deal with Colchester Borough Council to get use of the pitch/facilities on Colchester Road in Tiptree.

This will see Tipree return to the town and leave their current home at Tolleshunt Knights Village Hall (Top Road) at the end of the season. they are ( 30/11/19) currently top of the league and hope that by moving to Colchester Road they will be able to take promotion to the Eastern Counties league in the future.

Last New ground; Tiptree Heath, Games in 2019/20 Season; 60, New Grounds this Season; 29, Next scheduled game: tbc

Generally, I take this thread as only for UK grounds, so I am just drawing attention to Rheydter on the International Hopping section
https://nonleaguematters.co.uk/...orum.cgi?post=957116

Perhaps there should be a "grounds for concern - international" thread in that section
